If you would like to schedule an appointment I ask you to consider the following:
- Hypnotherapy is an effective form of therapy where you can achieve change quickly. However, this change does not come naturally. Your motivation and commitment are essential to success.
- Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that lends itself less well to counseling between sessions. It is mainly during the session itself that I can help you.
- Due to my dual schedule as a trainer, I am not available for sessions on a weekly basis. So keep in mind that sometimes there may be some time between scheduling sessions.
- I am not trained to work with severe psychiatric problems such as psychosis, schizophrenia, etc. With such issues, it is important to get to the right professional. I advise you to seek help from a doctor or psychiatrist.
- For serious problems such as drug or alcohol addiction, hypnotherapy can be used, but it should be done with the approval of a physician and/or psychologist.
- Sessions for children are not directly bookable. If so, schedule a telephone intake first.

Opening hours
Because I teach training in addition to my work as a hypnotherapist, I am not available for therapy every week. During the weeks when my calendar is open for sessions, the practice is open at the following times:
Monday: closed
Tuesdays 09:00 – 17:00
Wednesday 09:00 – 17:00 Thursday 09:00-17:00
Friday 09:00 – 17:00
Accessibility and accessibility
The address of the School of Joy is Soembawastraat 62, Amsterdam.
Train
- Science Park Station (about a 20-minute walk)
- Muiderpoort Station (about a 14-minute walk)
Streetcar & Bus
- A tram/bus station is just 4 minutes away and serves streetcar 3 and bus 37.
Car
- Parking spaces near the venue are available at a rate of 5 euros per hour. Another option is Parking Cruquius (20 euros per day, about a 16-minute walk)
Disabled
The practice space is located on the first floor and thus easily accessible for disabled people.
